What is virtual reality?

Virtual Reality is the computer-generated simulation of a three-dimensional image or environment that can be interacted with in a seemingly real or physical way by a person using a headset and/or controllers.

How does it work?

First of all we analyze the marketing needs of your business and how VR content can help you improve your strategy. Then we prepare a story-board highlighting the main or strongest aspects of your value proposition to your clients. We focus on these aspects and then build the VR experience around it.

How can I submit an order to have a VR video done?

You can use the contact form below, use the live chat icon in the bottom right corner of the website and one of our VR specialist will guide you through the process or simply call the number that appears in the footer of our website.

How long does it take to have my VR content delivered?

It all depends on the length and the complexity of the story board, we usually delivered our VR content between 1-2 weeks after we shoot all the footage required for the story.

Do I have to download a video to watch it?

No, you can choose to stream a video or download it to watch it at any time.

What should I do if the video is blurry or doesn’t look right?

Make sure your phone is positioned flat against the viewer, with the center of the app screen aligned with the center of the viewer. If you have your phone set to zoom, turn this function off in your settings. You may also want to remove your phone case for a more snug fit.

Do I need a VR headset in order to watch the videos?

In order to experience virtual turbo videos, you’ll need a VR headset such as a Google Cardboard, the HTC Vive, or the Oculus Rift. You can purchase a Google Cardboard from our VR store or any VR headset retailer. See Google Cardboard’s website for more information. You can also watch VR videos on your mobile device or laptop although we recommend to use a VR headset to have a more immersive experience.
